Islamabad: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto has been advised by more than one party comrades who are his advisers that strong opposition is better than a weak ally.

Therefore, instead of being a part of the government with concerns and reservations, it would be better for us to sit in the opposition, the important meeting of the Central Executive Committee (CEC) of PPP will be held today in Islamabad, Zardari, and Bilawal will jointly chair.

The major supporter of this proposal is Faisal Karim Kundi, the information of former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, while some members of the party have also posted on X in support of this proposal.

This proposal of the senior leaders of the party may become a topic of discussion in the meeting of the CEC to be held today.

Meanwhile, after the recent results in the country, the light communication with the leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leaders and other political leaders, a meeting of the PPP central committee was held today (Monday) in Islamabad to consult with the party leaders and take them into confidence on important decisions. Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto and Co-Chairman Asif Zardari will jointly preside over this meeting at Zardari House. In the meeting, consultations and decisions on important government posts regarding joint government formation with PML-N and alliance party are also expected in this meeting.
