Under the leadership of Syed Sardar Ali Shah and Muhammad Ali Malkani, the Sindh Education Department has made significant strides in preparing for the upcoming Matric and Intermediate board exams slated for May.
Scheduled to commence in the first week of May, the Matric exams will be held across Karachi in 250 centers, accommodating a notable 350,000 candidates.
Strict regulations have been put in place, including a ban on mobile phones within exam centers, with stringent penalties for violators.
Emphasizing the importance of maintaining exam integrity, the department highlighted the necessity for vigilant monitoring and collaboration among parents, teachers, and authorities.
Furthermore, plans were unveiled to conduct third-party assessments to address any discrepancies in result marking. Discussions also focused on digitizing records, enhancing assessment procedures, and streamlining exam management for optimal efficiency.
