The Meteorological Department has predicted potential thunderstorms and rain accompanied by lightning for Karachi, either tonight or by tomorrow evening. Residents should prepare for wet weather conditions in the next 24 hours.

Currently, Karachi’s weather is warm and humid. This morning, the minimum temperature was recorded at 30.5 degrees Celsius.

Temperatures are expected to rise throughout the day, reaching a high of 36 to 38 degrees Celsius. Alongside these elevated temperatures, humidity levels are anticipated to remain around 75%, creating a sticky and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Yesterday, some areas of Karachi enjoyed pleasant weather after experiencing rain showers. This provided temporary relief from the heat and a cooler evening for many. However, today’s return to hot and humid conditions suggests that this relief may be short-lived.

With the possibility of thunderstorms, residents are advised to stay informed about the latest weather updates and take necessary precautions. Remain vigilant for sudden weather changes, especially if planning outdoor activities.
