ISLAMABAD: A leaked call between Noor Wali, the leader of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), and his associate has unveiled plans for terrorist attacks on schools, hospitals, and security forces.

In the call, Noor Wali instructs his associate to target government schools and hospitals with explosives while ensuring that the TTP does not claim responsibility for the attacks.

He also directs his subordinate to attack the homes of police and military personnel to create fear and chaos. Noor Wali explicitly mentions blowing up the houses of on-duty police and army personnel.

Previously, on July 11, Pakistan’s Foreign Office (FO) stated that it has no plans to engage in talks with the banned TTP.

During her weekly briefing in Islamabad, Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch condemned the terrorist group for killing Pakistani and foreign citizens.

She emphasized that Pakistan respects Afghanistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and expects Afghan authorities to take action against terrorist groups using Afghan territory for attacks against Pakistan.
