Pak Navy SSG Commando recovers body of drowned boy

A Pakistan Navy SSG (Special Service Group) commando recovered the body of a drowned tourist boy. The incident has garnered significant attention on social media.

The young boy, visiting relatives in Samahni Jandala, Bhimber district, from Sargodha, tragically drowned while swimming in a local river.

Rescue efforts initially involved teams from Rescue 1122. But, after recognizing the need for specialized skills, they called upon SSG Commando Ummar Ali.

Ummar reposnded to the emergency call and arrived at the place of incident to lead the rescue operation.

It is to noted that Ummar was attending his walima ceremony at that time. This showed his dedication to duty.

After two hours of tireless efforts, the drowned body was recovered by the commando.

Ummar Ali was praied by the local community of Azad Kashmir on social media for his for his unprecedented spirit and courage.

He also has garnered the attention of the locals for his selfless act of prioritizing duty over personal celebrations.
