The National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) is the authorized body responsible for issuing the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) to Pakistani citizens residing abroad or planning to travel to countries like Belgium for work or study.

When applying for a NICOP, it is mandatory for applicants to provide their passport number. Holders of this identity card, who possess dual nationality, can travel to Pakistan without needing a visa.

Where to Apply for NICOP

For domestic applications, citizens must visit a NADRA Registration Center (NRC). Those residing abroad can apply for the NICOP through the Pak-Identity website.

Process to Apply for NICIOP at NADRA Registration Centers

You can apply for NICOP by going to the nearest NADRA Registration Center (NRC).

Following are the steps which you will be following at the NRC:

You will be issued a token

Your photograph will be captured

Your fingerprints and signature will be taken

Your required data entry will be done and form will be printed to be reviewed by yourself

You will be handed over a printed version of your application form.

How to Apply Through Pak Identity Website

You can apply for your Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP) by visiting Pak Identity website and have it delivered to your doorstep.

NADRA NICOP Fee for Belgium in Pak Rupees

NADRA has established two separate fee structures for NICOP, categorizing countries into two zones: A and B.

Since Belgium is classified under Zone A, the standard fee for a new NICOP is Rs11,340, while the urgent fee is Rs16,589, and the executive fee is Rs21,820.

NICOP Fee for Belgium in US Dollars from Aug 2023

When applying for a NICOP online, the applicant is required to pay the fee in dollars.

For Germany, the standard NICOP fee is $39, the urgent fee is $57, and the executive fee is $75.
