A tragic incident occurred at Karachi’s Manora beach, where four people, including two women, drowned.

According to a police spokesperson, the incident happened near huts 65 and 67. Rescue teams have recovered the bodies of the two women, while efforts continue to locate the remaining two missing individuals.

Earlier, nine people drowned in separate incidents at Karachi’s Seaview and Hawke’s Bay beaches, while four others were rescued.

At Hawke’s Bay, six people drowned while bathing, with rescue officials recovering one body and rescuing four individuals. Among the rescued, a man and a woman are reported to be in critical condition.

Additionally, at Seaview’s Chunky Munky, three people drowned while bathing.
