On Sunday, the military’s media wing reported that security forces killed four terrorists in two separate operations in North Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) issued a statement saying that security forces carried out an intelligence-based operation in the Spinwam area. During the operation, troops engaged terrorists and after intense fighting, two militants were killed.

In a separate incident, security forces detected a group of militants attempting to cross the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in the Spinwam area.

The forces successfully stopped their infiltration attempt, killing two militants and injuring two others. The forces are conducting sanitization operations in the area to eliminate any remaining terrorists.

The ISPR emphasized that the security forces remain determined to secure Pakistan’s borders and eliminate terrorism from the country.
