Chief Minister (CM) Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, provided an update on the timeline for laptop distribution under the ‘CM Punjab Laptop Scheme’ on Monday.

During her address at the launch of the Honhaar Scholarship program at Islamia University Bahawalpur in the Bahawalpur Division, Maryam Nawaz highlighted the significance of fostering unity and education, stating, “Hatred destroys humanity.”

She emphasized her commitment to closing the doors of hatred and building a more inclusive, educated society.

Maryam Nawaz also announced that the first shipment of laptops had arrived and would be distributed shortly.

Electric Bike Distribution

Maryam Nawaz said that the Punjab government also plans to distribute free electric bikes to 100,000 students next year. She added that 27 electric buses have arrived at Karachi Port, with an order for 500 more buses placed.
