Hajj pilgrims have good news this year as the cost of the pilgrimage has been reduced compared to last year, while additional facilities are being provided under the government scheme. The Ministry of Religious Affairs has finalized the expenses, introducing two Hajj packages:

40-Day Hajj Package: PKR 1,050,000

Short Hajj Package: PKR 1,100,000

Enhanced Facilities

Pilgrims will experience upgraded amenities during their stay in Mina, including:

Air conditioners replacing room coolers

Gypsum board tents replacing traditional fabric tents

Sofa beds instead of mattresses

Shelves included in the package for added convenience

Reduced Costs                   

The initial estimate for Hajj expenses ranged from PKR 1,075,000 to PKR 1,175,000, but after agreements with Saudi authorities, significant cost reductions were achieved:

Double-bed hotel room charges decreased from PKR 259,000 to PKR 185,000.

Triple-bed room charges reduced from PKR 86,500 to PKR 63,000.
