PM, President laud Security Forces for successful operation against Fitna Al-Khawarij

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari on Friday praised Pakistan’s security forces for their successful operation against terrorists of Fitna Al-Khawarij in the Tirah region of Khyber District.

The operation resulted in the killing of five Khawariji terrorists, including their ringleader, Abidullah, during an intelligence-based operation.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif lauded the efforts of the security forces, expressing the nation’s collective support for the forces in their battle against terrorism.

“We are determined to fully eradicate all forms of terrorism from the country,” he added.

President Asif Ali Zardari also commended the security forces for their bravery and resolute actions in neutralizing the terrorists. He specifically acknowledged the killing of Khawariji ringleader Abidullah, emphasizing that the nation stood united against terrorism.

The President stressed that security forces’ operations would continue until the complete eradication of the Fitna Al-Khawarij threat, ensuring peace and stability in the region.

Both the Prime Minister and the President reiterated their unwavering determination to support security forces in their ongoing efforts to eliminate terrorism from the country.
