The Met Department has predicted widespread rain, strong winds, and snowfall across various regions of the country starting Monday, February 26.

A powerful westerly weather system is set to enter Pakistan on February 24, bringing week-long rain and snowfall in several regions.

Weather Forecast for the Week

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: The province will see continuous rainfall throughout the week, with snowfall expected in Abbottabad, Haripur, Mansehra, Peshawar, Mardan, and Swat.

Punjab: Central and northern Punjab will receive intermittent rain from February 25 to 28, while Murree and Galiyat may experience snowfall between February 25 and March 1.

Islamabad & Potohar Region: Islamabad and nearby areas will have intermittent rain throughout the week.

Sindh & Balochistan: Several districts in Sindh and Balochistan will see rainfall, and mountainous areas of Balochistan may receive snowfall.
