The Sindh government on Friday announced a public holiday on February 5, 2025 on account of Kashmir Day.

Sindh government has issued a public holiday notification on the occasion of Kashmir Day, under which all government offices and educational institutions will be closed on February 5.

All government and semi-government offices in Sindh would remain closed on Wednesday, February 5, it said.

Every year, February 5 is observed as a day of solidarity with Kashmiris.

Pakistan has committed to supporting the just struggle of Kashmiris for their inalienable right to self-determination, as enshrined in the relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council.

The Kash­mir Solidarity Day observed on Wednesday to express wholehearted support of the Pakistani nation to the just struggle of Kashmiri people for their right to self-determination under United Nations resolutions.
