Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is ready to start its pre-Hajj flight operations from April 29 to help thousands of pilgrims traveling to Saudi Arabia for Hajj this year.

The first flight will leave Islamabad on April 29, and on the same day, flights from Quetta and Multan will also take pilgrims directly to Madinah. A flight from Lahore to Madinah is scheduled for April 30, and another from Karachi will depart on May 2. PIA has made special arrangements to make the journey smooth and comfortable for the pilgrims.

At the same time, a 47-member Saudi team will arrive at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport on Sunday as part of the “Road to Makkah” project. The delegation will first land at Islamabad International Airport and then reach Karachi later in the afternoon. During their visit, they will inspect the immigration arrangements under the project.

The “Road to Makkah” initiative will allow Pakistani pilgrims to complete their immigration process at Karachi Airport before departure, making it easier for them to exit the airport quickly once they land in Saudi Arabia.
