Security forces have killed at least nine Indian-sponsored terrorists in three different operations carried out in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated that the first operation was based on intelligence reports and took place in the Dera Ismail Khan district, where Indian-sponsored terrorists were reported to be hiding. During the operation, troops engaged the terrorists and, after a heavy exchange of fire, four of them were killed.

Another intelligence-based operation took place in the Tank district, where security forces killed two more Indian-sponsored terrorists during a shootout.

In a third operation carried out in the Bagh area of Khyber district, troops killed three additional terrorists. Weapons and ammunition were found with the terrorists, who were involved in several attacks in the area.

Security forces also conducted sanitization operations to make sure no other terrorists were present. The ISPR said that Pakistan’s security forces are fully committed to removing Indian-sponsored terrorism from the country.
