Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf visited the PAF Air War College Institute in Karachi, where he was warmly received by Air Vice Marshal Rashid Habib, President of the College.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Admiral Ashraf praised the institute’s high standards of training and professionalism. He underscored the growing importance of joint operations and exercises with the Pakistan Air Force to strengthen inter-service coordination and combat readiness.

Addressing course participants, the Naval Chief highlighted the critical role of technology in modern warfare, noting that the current situation on the eastern border demands constant vigilance. He also commended the Pakistan Air Force’s technological advancements under the leadership of the Air Chief.

Admiral Ashraf emphasized the Navy’s expanding aerial capabilities and reaffirmed the commitment to enhancing joint drills between the Navy and Air Force.

According to ISPR, the Naval Chief also announced that Pakistan would begin work on drone technology through collaboration between aerospace and maritime technology parks, marking a significant step toward defense self-reliance.
