After military strikes on Iranian nuclear sites, Petrol price in Pakistan expected to climb higher from next month as global oil prices moved up sharply.

Sources familiar with the matter have confirmed that petrol and diesel prices are set to increase from July 1.

This hike is expected to raise transportation costs and could also lead to a rise in the prices of goods and services, especially food items. The increase in diesel prices is especially significant, as diesel is commonly used in transport vehicles across the country.
