Rawalpindi, 05 July 2025 —The Armed Forces of Pakistan, including Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir (NI-M), Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, the Chiefs of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, solemnly remembered and paid heartfelt tribute to Captain Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed, Nishan-e-Haider, on the occasion of his 26th martyrdom anniversary.

Captain Karnal Sher Khan embraced martyrdom during the Kargil conflict in 1999 while courageously defending Pakistan. He stood as a symbol of unmatched bravery and patriotism, and his sacrifice continues to inspire the nation and its armed forces to this day.
