PTI detainees are ready to negotiate with government and party leadership

Rawalpindi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s detained leaders have urged both the government and party leadership to engage in negotiations to resolve the ongoing severe crisis.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Dr Yasmin Rashid, Mian Mahmood al -Rashid, Ijaz Chaudhry and Omar Sarfraz Cheema have written a letter from jail.

They wrote in letter that we five are ready to negotiate with government and party leaders because this the only way to out from worst crisis.

Negotiations are necessary at the political and authoritarian level. The arrested leaders should also be included in the talks, mention in letter

The letter further stated that the government is responsible for the start of the talks, the talks should be initiated after consultation with the founder PTI Imran Khan. The disagreement of a party for the start of the talks will be equivalent to sabotaging the whole process and its responsibility will be on the government.

The Tehreek -e -Insaf’s leaders said in the letter that the formation of the negotiating committee would have to be made easier to access the Patron-in-Chief, the process of the meeting would have to be continued from time to time.
