The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) officially announced the Matric Result 2025 across Punjab today at 10:00 AM. But what should have been a moment of excitement quickly turned into frustration for thousands of students as several major board websites crashed or slowed to a crawl.

Students trying to check their results online were met with blank screens and error messages, especially on the official websites of BISE Bahawalpur and BISE Faisalabad. The overwhelming web traffic appears to have pushed their servers beyond capacity, leaving many unable to access their Class 10th results.

The outage sparked confusion and anxiety among students and parents who had been counting on the websites for quick access. All nine Punjab boards released the results simultaneously, but not all were technically prepared for the digital surge.

So far, none of the affected boards have issued a statement explaining the outage or offering a timeline for when the issue will be resolved. The lack of communication has only deepened the frustration.

The crash raises serious questions about the digital readiness of Punjab’s education boards. In an age of online systems, the inability to handle predictable traffic reflects poor infrastructure planning. While students can still use SMS services to check their results, the reliance on fallback options highlights the urgent need to modernize the province’s education IT systems.
