ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is bringing its Mobile Registration Drive to the United Kingdom, making it easier for overseas Pakistanis to access important ID services. The drive will be held in Blackburn (Manchester) and Sheffield (Bradford) on August 30, 2025.

Through this initiative, overseas Pakistanis can renew their Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs), apply for National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOPs), and get Family Registration Certificates (FRCs) without hassle.

The mobile vans will be available at the following locations:

  • Blackburn (Manchester): 10:00 AM – 04:00 PM Google Maps Link

NADRA has requested participants to bring their old CNICs or B-Forms to speed up the process. To ensure a comfortable experience, female staff and separate counters will also be available for women.

Overseas Pakistanis can also use the Pak ID mobile app, which allows them to renew CNICs, register births and marriages, and even apply for government jobs online.

For updates, citizens can visit NADRA’s website (www.nadra.gov.pk) follow its official WhatsApp channel, or file complaints directly at https://www.bolnews.com/pakistan/2025/08/good-news-for-overseas-pakistanis-nadra-set-to-launch-mobile-drive-in-uk-soon/amp/

This UK drive comes after successful events in Banbury and Brierfield earlier in August. It reflects NADRA’s ongoing mission to make identity services more accessible for Pakistanis abroad.

Meanwhile, within Pakistan, NADRA has also started a one-window operation at union councils in Tehsil Pasroor (District Sialkot), Mandi Faizabad, and District Nankana. Now, people in these areas can get CNICs, B-Forms, Family Registration Certificates, and update marital status directly from their local union council offices, without having to travel far.
