Maya Ali is one of Pakistan’s most loved television and film actors, as well as a successful entrepreneur with her own clothing line, Maya Pret. Known for her charm and brilliant acting, she has built a massive fan base of 8.2 million followers on Instagram. Over the years, she has delivered memorable performances in hit dramas like Mera Naam Yousaf Hai, Mann Mayal, Diyar-e-Dil, Jo Bichar Gaye, Aun Zara, Pehli Si Mohabbat, Yunhi, Shanakht, and Sunn Mere Dil. Fans are also eagerly waiting to see her in her upcoming drama alongside Ahad Raza Mir.

Recently, Maya Ali sat down for an interview with YouTube channel Naam Faizan, where she spoke candidly about heartbreak, love, and her thoughts on marriage.

Talking about heartbreak, Maya Ali said, “I have loved in life, and everyone experiences it at some point, but it depends on whether you loved the right person or the wrong one. I wouldn’t say that the person you loved was bad or that the feeling wasn’t worth it, but sometimes love just doesn’t work out, and the same happened. Although I tried to love, I don’t know what went wrong or who was at fault.”

While discussing getting married, Maya Ali said, “I didn’t marry because I don’t want to do it just to avoid people’s questions, or because a certain age has passed, or someone found a good option for me. NO! Marriage is the biggest decision in life, involving not just two people but also their families. There has to be a solid reason like a real connection with your partner. The day I find that connection with someone, I will marry them. But I will never marry just because of people’s expectations or societal pressure.”
