ISPR: 5 soldiers martyred, 5 militants killed in Kech Clearance Operation

ISPR has reported that five security personnel embraced martyrdom in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast targeting security forces in Shir Bandi, Kech, Balochistan.

According to ISPR, the martyred soldiers include Captain Waqar Ahmed, Naik Ismatullah, Lance Naik Junaid Ahmed, Lance Naik Khan Muhammad, and Sepoy Muhammad Zahoor.

Following the attack, security forces launched a clearance operation in the area, during which five terrorists affiliated with anti-Pakistan groups were killed. ISPR stated that these militants were backed by India, and efforts are ongoing to trace and eliminate more such elements operating in the region.

ISPR paid tribute to the fallen heroes, saying their sacrifices strengthen the nation’s resolve to eliminate terrorism. The armed forces and the people of Pakistan remain determined to end terrorism and restore lasting peace in the country.
