Karachi: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has taken notice of the severe traffic jams on routes leading to Korangi and directed city officials to take urgent action to ease the chaos.

According to sources, the chief minister expressed anger over the worsening gridlock at Qayyumabad, Korangi, Jam Sadiq Bridge, and nearby areas. He said citizens must not be forced to remain stuck on the roads for hours and ordered authorities to find quick solutions.

Murad Ali Shah also voiced concern over the closure of Korangi Crossing and Korangi Causeway, demanding a detailed report from the relevant departments. He stressed that the breakdown of the traffic system is not just a traffic issue but a disruption to city life.

The chief minister instructed the Karachi Commissioner and the KMC administrator to work closely with the Traffic Police to remove roadblocks and restore smooth traffic flow across the city.
