ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new digital payment system to make fee payments easier, faster, and more convenient for citizens.

To simplify the process and reduce waiting times, NADRA has now connected its fee payments to mobile accounts and digital wallets. Citizens can now pay their fees instantly by scanning a Raast QR code, removing the need for cash payments.

In a social media post, NADRA announced, “Paying fees at NADRA offices is now easier than ever. Simply scan the Raast QR code on your token slip to pay directly from your bank account or mobile wallet — with no extra charges.”

Earlier, NADRA also launched an appointment booking feature through its Pak ID mobile app, allowing citizens to book visits to any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) across the country.

According to NADRA, this new feature helps manage crowds and saves people time by reducing long queues at service centers. The authority has advised citizens to arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment for smooth processing.

These digital upgrades are part of NADRA’s ongoing efforts to improve customer convenience and make its services more efficient and user-friendly.
