KARACHI: Drug trafficker Anmol alias Pinky, widely known as the “Cocaine Queen,” reportedly fell ill shortly after her arrest and was taken for a medical examination, hospital sources said.
According to hospital officials, the arrested suspect complained of four different health issues and was brought to the hospital for evaluation.
Sources said Pinky reported severe kidney pain as the primary reason for seeking medical attention. She also informed doctors that she was suffering from stomach and eye-related problems.
The accused further stated that she has asthma and has been experiencing breathing difficulties.
Hospital sources confirmed that a general medical examination was conducted; however, no drug test was performed during the assessment.
The suspect was later returned to the custody of law enforcement authorities after completion of the medical check-up.
Police are continuing their investigation into the high-profile narcotics case involving Anmol alias Pinky.
Earlier, photographs and details of key suspects allegedly linked to the drug trafficking network of Anmol alias Pinky have surfaced, according to investigative sources.
Officials said Muhammad Nasir, Sabra Bibi, and Ainullah were considered among Pinky’s closest associates and are believed to have played important roles in the alleged narcotics operation.

Documents reviewed during the investigation indicate that Ainullah is originally from Quetta, while Sabra Bibi belongs to Okara.
The investigation has also reportedly uncovered allegations that millions of rupees were paid in bribes to facilitate the operation and avoid law enforcement action.
According to the report, more than Rs10 million was allegedly handed over as bribes.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the network and the claims of corruption linked to the high-profile narcotics case.
Meanwhile, fresh revelations have emerged during the interrogation of Anmol alias Pinky, the prime suspect in a high-profile narcotics case in Karachi, with claims involving several individuals from the entertainment industry and political circles.
According to investigative sources, the accused claimed that approximately 700 to 800 individuals were associated with her alleged cocaine distribution network.
Sources said the names mentioned during questioning include actor Muneeb Butt, a model and actress identified as Sarah, and Sadiq Iftikhar of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan, along with his wife.
Investigators said the suspect also claimed that Sadiq Iftikhar owed her approximately Rs500,000. Authorities are examining these allegations and collecting information regarding potential financial transactions and contacts.
During interrogation, Anmol alias Pinky also leveled serious allegations against certain law enforcement officials, claiming that she had been released on multiple occasions after paying bribes.
She alleged that large sums were paid to officials at various police stations to avoid legal action.
