CTD thwarts attack as terrorist arrested in Peshawar

The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Saturday thwarted a possible attack, following the arrest of a terrorist in Peshawar

The CTD spokesperson reported that a joint operation was launched in Mardan, leading to the apprehension of terrorist Sulaiman.

A large cache of arms and ammunition was recovered from the terrorist hideout, which were hidden in drums.

CTD reported that a terror plan had been prepared by the terrorists, aimed at disrupting the peace of the country.
