The Queen’s staunchest ally is revealed to be a member of a covert organization
The Duke of Kent, who was Queen Elizabeth II’s staunchest ally, has now passed the monarch as the oldest member of the Royal Family.
The Prince George and Princess Marina’s son, who turned 87 on October 9, spent the majority of his life serving in the royal family, continued to be a member of covert groups, and even went through religious scandals.
The Mirror claims that Prince Edward George Nicholas Paul Patrick, who was born in Belgrave Square, London, on October 9, 1935, inherited the throne in 1942.
The prince attended Eton College, Le Rosey Institute in Switzerland, Ludgrove Prep School, and other educational institutions before enrolling there.
According to the royal website, “The Duke of Kent is active with almost 140 different charities, organisations, and professional groups that cover a wide variety of topics, from honouring the war dead to encouraging the growth of British technology and industry.”
His Royal Highness participates in a variety of events each year to support various groups in the UK and the Commonwealth.
