Nigerian blogger and ex-model Linda Ifeoma Ikeji criticised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry for collecting an award for disparaging the British royal family.

Linda, who allegedly once supported the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, attacked the royal couple on Instagram.

The writer, who has more than six million Instagram followers, wrote:”I feel strongly about these two. I just hate when people turn on their family or sell them out with half truth.”

Added she,  “I hate that Harry lost his best friend and brother. I wish Meghan had more family values. Sigh. Anyway, after the docuseries, hope there will be a reality show next? They obviously don’t want a private life.”

A day after Meghan and Harry were presented with the Ripple of Hope Award in New York, the piece was published.

The fact that one of the couple’s most ardent supporters has turned against them is being celebrated by royal enthusiasts.
