King Charles dancing in groove: video goes viral
Following the success of his first dance video as king on social media, King Charles has garnered the admiration of admirers of the royal family.
Prince William and Harry’s father, 74, can be seen dancing in a video that Buckingham Palace shared on its official Twitter and Instagram accounts on Friday while visiting the JW3 Community Center on Finchley Road, north London.
King met volunteers who devote their time to delivering activities on site and heard from participants in the charity’s programmes during the visit to learn more about the work of the centre.
Within a few hours of being released on Twitter, the video clip received over 200,000 views on social media, leaving viewers in awe.
One follower who commented on the post wrote, OMG!!! King Charles III was getting so into it!! I love to see it!!”
One more person remarked, “I love when I see His Majesty out and about. Especially when he dances or does something like dances with his subjects. He really does care about the people of his country.”
Following the passing of his mother, Queen Elizabeth, Charles ascended to the throne in September.
