Prince Harry said that Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles’ (now-king) offices were informed of his and Meghan Markle‘s intention to relocate to South Africa.

He claimed in the fifth episode of his Netflix documentary that only the three offices stated above were aware of his plans; nonetheless, information about them was somehow leaked to the media.

He claimed that after it was covered by the media, the idea was abandoned.

The family member who may have leaked the material was not identified by the Duke of Sussex.

Harry had accused his brother of breaking their agreement in the last episode over the use of their offices as propaganda tools against other royal family members.

The bad media attention that followed the publishing of Meghan’s personal letter to her father Thomas Markle, according to Harry and his wife, made them want to leave.

He claimed that because he and Meghan were already employed by charities and organisations in Africa, they intended to relocate to South Africa.
