During an unplanned walkabout in Wales this week, King Charles III offended his wife Queen Consort Camilla, dividing supporters in the process.

In the footage, which for obvious reasons went viral right away, the newly crowned queen of Britain is seen getting impatient during a public appearance.

During their visit to Wrexham, Camilla and Charles greeted onlookers in the city’s main square. While addressing the crowd that had gathered to see them, the Queen Consort became encircled by fans.

The 74-year-old father of Princes Harry and William was seen on camera losing his cool as he ordered assistants to find Camilla, who had become lost.

The monarch is heard saying in the video: “Can we try and get her back again? Please. We need to go. I was trying to wait for her but she goes on.”

Twitter users responded to the film with a stream of comments, with many referring to Camilla and Charles as “the typical married couple.”

Tweeted one user: “Haha that is just a typical married couple. I think it’s cute and relatable.”

One person responded, “I think this is sweet and funny, just shows that he is human like the rest of us.”

The third joked, “This is my husband, daily!”

“Kings… at the end of the day, they’re just like every other husband,” said the fourth.

When signing a guest book at Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland, King Charles was earlier captured on tape losing his cool and exclaiming, “Oh god, I hate this thing,” as the ink leaked on his finger.
