As the family visited the New Year’s Day Race Day at Cheltenham Racecourse, Mia Tindall, the daughter of Mike Tindall and Zara, showed off her passion for horses and brought to mind the late Queen.

Daughters Mia, 8, and Lena, 4, accompanied Zara and Mike to the races. Their youngest child was left at home by the couple.

Mia demonstrated that she enjoys racing just as much as her late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. The boy was spotted cheering and yelling fiercely as each race began, reacting fervently to the competition.

Lena was wearing the same red coat she wore for the royal family’s Christmas Day walkabout at Sandringham, and they were all dressed warmly for the day.

Mia opted for a cream coat, and the sisters each chose a navy headband, a pair of brown walking boots, and thick woollen tights.

Zara donned a navy blue coat with a belt, accessorising it with a chic purple hat and black suede boots. They could be seen enjoying the race and cheering.

It is commonly known that the royal family enjoys watching and participating in horse races. In 2013, it was estimated that the Queen had won over 1600 races, totaling an incredible £7.6 million in prizes.
