UK King Charles III sent a message on Pakistan Day emphasizing that Pak-British commit to combat climate change, according to the official statement released by Buckingham Palace on Thursday.

On the special occasion of Pakistan King Charles sent heartfelt greetings to Pakistan’s president Arif Alvi by saying, that “The two countries are determined to continue the warm friendship and strong partnership.”

The official release added that “Pakistan Day is even more significant on its 10th anniversary as a member of the Commonwealth. We will continue to work together for peace, democracy and prosperity in difficult times.

“The two states will work together to prevent climate change and biological damage. My wife and I fondly remember the 2006 visit to Pakistan and the public host”, British King concluded.

It is pertinent to mention here that Royal King last month, sent a message of condolence to President Arif Alvi over the Peshawar mosque massacre that claimed more than 100 lives and left a trail of devastation.
