Princess Lilibet ready to become popular among Americans
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle confirmed on Friday that they christened their 21-month-old daughter in a private ceremony at their home in Montecito, California.
The royal couple, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, have revealed exciting news about their daughter, Princess Lilibet Diana.
Omid Scobie, a friend of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, broke the news on Twitter, writing, “I can confirm that Princess Lilibet Diana was christened on Friday, March 3 by the Archbishop of Los Angeles, the Rev John Taylor.”
According to the biographer, King Charles, Queen Consort Camilla, Prince William, and Princess Kate were all invited but did not attend the ceremony.

Harry and Meghan have reportedly begun referring to their daughter Lilibet as a princess and their son Archie as a prince.
The Sussexes opted for an Anglican ceremony at their Montecito mansion for between 20 and 30 friends, including her billionaire godfather Tyler Perry, instead of a British baptism for their youngest daughter.
Last Friday, Harry and Meghan invited King Charles, Queen Consort Camilla, and the Prince and Princess of Wales to the ceremony in California, but they declined.
Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, and Lilibet’s godfather, Tyler Perry, were among the approximately two-hundred guests who attended the event.
After Lili was baptised by Reverend John Taylor, the Anglican Bishop of Los Angeles, guests and family, including Doria Ragland, danced to songs from Harry and Meghan’s wedding reception at Windsor Castle.
The Sussexes are said to prefer not to deny Archie and Lilibet their birthright, but rather to give them the option of dropping or keeping the titles when they are older.
