She and her husband Prince William will attend the concert at Westminster Abbey on December 15 along with King Charles III and Queen Camilla, making it a royal family affair.

In a poll conducted last month, Kate asked the audience to choose between three songs as the concert’s closing number. She asked for assistance in selecting the final carol for Together at Christmas.

In accordance with the press release, “this year’s carol service is devoted to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the virtues Her Majesty showed throughout her life, including duty, empathy, faith, service, kindness, compassion, and support for others.”

It went on to say that the inspirational visitors who were welcomed to the Abbey in honour of their selfless efforts to assist and care for others around them “share and personify these beliefs.”

In 2021, Kate held her first Christmas concert at Westminster Abbey as a celebration of the efforts of people and groups all around the United Kingdom that helped their communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
