Amitabh Bachchan began a special family-themed week on his show, Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 15. In the most recent episode, he chatted with contestants named Chamatkari Chattopadhyay, Dhrubarub, Sunirmala, and Nandita.

During the show, Amitabh Bachchan shared that at home, he feels like the center of attention, surrounded by his family members, making him the “filling” in a family “sandwich.”

Amitabh Bachchan mentioned a situation where the Chattopadhyay family discussed feeling caught in the middle of conflicts between their mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, “I can completely understand, even I become a sandwich at home with everyone. However, what I like the most is the fact that my family is so diverse. My daughter (Shweta Bachchan) married someone in Punjab and my son (Abhishek Bachchan) in the south. We have people from all across the country, it’s like a mini India and we love it.”

In case you didn’t know, Amitabh Bachchan‘s son Abhishek Bachchan married actress Aishwarya Rai in 2007, and they have a daughter named Aaradhya Bachchan. Meanwhile, Amitabh’s daughter Shweta Bachchan got married to businessman Nikhil Nanda in 1997. Nikhil’s parents are Rajan Nanda and Ritu Nanda, with Ritu being the daughter of famous actor Raj Kapoor.

Shweta and Nikhil have two children, Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda. Navya has no plans to join the film industry, but Agastya is about to make his first appearance in Bollywood in a movie directed by Zoya Akhtar called “The Archies.” Amitabh frequently discusses his family on the show.

Kaun Banega Crorepati 15 airs every Monday to Friday. Amitabh Bachchan has been the show’s host for a long time. This season has some new features, like the Super Sandook round that helps contestants recover their losses. There’s also a new lifeline called Double Dip. Plus, they have introduced ‘Desh Ka Sawal’ to involve the audience in the game.
