Former Indian actress Sana Khan offers condolences and expresses sadness over the tragic suicide of Asim Jameel, Maulana Tariq Jameel’s son.

Sana Khan shared a post from ‘X’ on her Instagram, where Maulana Tariq Jameel confirmed his son Asim Jameel’s tragic passing and requested prayers.

Khan posted this with a heartfelt message, saying “Asim Jameel, the younger son of Tariq Jameel, has passed away. I humbly request you all to pray for his forgiveness.”

Recognizing Tariq Jameel‘s deep sorrow, Sana Khan extended a heartfelt prayer, “May Allah grant Tariq Jameel the strength to endure this trying time.”

Sana Khan posted an Instagram story sharing a YouTube link that featured a statement by Maulana Tariq Jameel‘s son, Yusuf Jameel. In the statement, Yusuf discussed Asim Jameel’s battle with mental illness, providing insights into the events leading to his unfortunate suicide.

In the same Instagram story, Sana Khan stated “Asim Jameel had been battling depression for an extended period, and considering his mental condition, I pray for his eternal peace.”

Asim Jameel tragically ended his own life by shooting himself in the chest at his Mian Chanu home, prompting Maulana Tariq Jameel to publicly seek forgiveness for his son’s actions on social media. Heartbreakingly, the family had also previously experienced another suicide, compounding their sorrow.
