Ali Gul Mallah, a talented Pakistani actor renowned for his work in television and theater, initially gained recognition through Sindhi dramas before rising to prominence in recent years. Notable among his works are dramas like “Besharam” and his appearance in the popular series “Yakeen Ka Safar.”

However, it was his unforgettable portrayal in the hit drama “Ishq Murshid” that propelled him to newfound fame, particularly for his iconic catchphrase “Bhallay,” which became a viral sensation.

In a podcast appearance, Ali Gul Mallah opened up about a dark period in his life when he contemplated ending his life, sharing his struggles and experiences with listeners.

Talking about it, Gul said, “I was very young and my mother passed away, I was shattered. I felt like an orphan. Also, I was homeless and faced starvation. I couldn’t live with any of my relatives. So, I went to a railway track, I decided to go there. I borrowed a cycle for that. While going to attempt suicide, I thought for a second, ‘I will die, someone else will take the cycle, and cycle owner will think about me that I am a Thief’. I went back to return his cycle. I also gave him one rupee too. At that moment, a friend came to me and said that I wrote a script for you. I forgot about suicide and got happy to see the script”.

Ali further said, “A man for whom I was working had beaten me, which stressed me out and I decided to end my life so I have a message for people, “you all should treat the orphans well”.
