Yashma Gill, an outspoken actress, freely expresses her thoughts and life choices, including her journey with faith and its evolution over the years. As a guest on Ahmad Ali Butt’s podcast, she recounted her experience of losing faith in Islam before rediscovering her spiritual path.

Talking about her life, Yashma shared that “she always believed in Karma and she believed that if you do good, good will happen to you. But she was going through a lot and this was not happening at all. Being a young girl, she felt that she was angry that Allah SWT was not helping her and good things do not guarantee that you will get what you want. Thus, she started getting distant from her religion.”

Later on, she learned that she was not right and realized that Allah SWT always has better things in store for you.
