She said that “the only roles senior actresses get are mothers dying to marry off their children or worrying about their divorces. There are no real stories. She said senior people have seen more in life and have more stories but scripts in Pakistan lack these realities.”

She also openly talked about how casting is done based on social media following. She said that “the makers even check followers of the senior actresses before they cast them in any roles in the dramas. Being a senior artist, she has faced this as well.”

She also shared that “she always gets a good response when she shares her daily life or family on her YouTube. She said that people are generally positive when she shares herself as the real her but yes, trolling happens and negative comments do come which she avoids and does not heed.”
