Kashif Rana, widely known by his internet alias Chahat Fateh Ali Khan, faced another setback as his viral song “Bado Badi” was removed from YouTube once again. The leading streaming platform took down the song due to copyright issues, just a day after it had been restored.

“Bado Badi” had gone viral, amassing over 29 million views on YouTube, surpassing the record of singer Ali Zafar before it was initially deleted earlier this month.

In a video statement on his YouTube channel, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan shared that YouTube had initially lifted the copyright strike, allowing his song to return. However, he expressed disappointment that envious individuals sent another strike, leading to its removal once more.

The song “Akh Lari Bado Badi” is a famous Punjabi track originally performed by legendary singer Noor Jehan for the 1973 Pakistani film “Banarasi Thug.” Many artists have covered the song over the years, with Chahat’s version being the latest before its repeated takedown.
