Pervez Kalim, a renowned Pakistani film director and screenwriter, began his career as an assistant director at Shahnoor Studios, owned by Madam Noor Jehan and her husband Shaukat Rizvi. He has written several popular films, including Mujhe Chaand Chahye, Zille Shah, Bazaar E Husn, Salakhain, Aasman, and Qaid. His films Bazaar E Husn and Qaid were copied in India. Additionally, he has written numerous popular stage dramas, with Janam Janam Ki Maili Chadar being performed in theaters for seven consecutive years. Kalim also wrote multiple dramas for Humayun Saeed, including Baaghi and Dooriyan.

Recently, a private TV channel uploaded an interview with the famous director. In the interview, he discussed big names in the Pakistani television industry. He talked about Danish Taimoor’s impolite behavior and rudeness and also discussed Faysal Quraishi, who debuted in his film.

Talking about Danish Taimoor, Pervez Kalim said, “Danish Taimoor was unlucky that he didn’t want to work with Iqbal Kashmiri. He thinks that he is Rock Hudson of Pakistan, he was sitting at his house on a hanging swing and his legs were towards me, for God sake, I am an older man, at least show some respect. He needs to learn mannerisms he is Impolite and rude, he is a great actor but he needs to change his behaviour with elders”.

While discussing Faysal Quraishi, he said that he gave work to Faysal Quraishi at the request of his mother Afshan Qureshi. At this, the anchor revealed that Faysal Quraishi is news for moving his mother out of his house. After the anchor’s revelation, Pervez Kalim said, “After you added this information to the conversation, I don’t feel any regret that he didn’t recognize my efforts. If he wasn’t loyal to his mother, how would he be loyal to me? .
