Fawad Khan, celebrated for his diverse roles in both Pakistani cinema and Bollywood, initially gained fame as a singer before transitioning to acting with Shoaib Mansoor’s highly acclaimed film Khuda Kay Liye.

Khan’s career soared with notable performances in various dramas and films, including Bilal Lashari’s The Legend of Maula Jatt. Before banning Pakistani artists in Bollywood, Khan made a significant impact in Indian cinema with roles in Khoobsurat and Kapoor & Sons. Recently, he has focused on projects produced by Indian studios, moving away from traditional Pakistani narratives.

Khan currently stars in Asim Abbasi’s web series Barzakh, where he plays the character Shahryar. The series explores mental health issues but has faced harsh criticism for its portrayal of homosexuality, resulting in widespread online disapproval.
