Veteran actor Firdous Jamal, who boasts hundreds of accolades, has recently made headlines more for his controversial comments about current stars than for his achievements. His remarks about Mahira Khan and Humayun Saeed, concerning their age, looks, and acting abilities, have faced significant backlash.

Jamal appeared as a guest on a show and took another swipe at Mahira Khan and Humayun Saeed. When asked whether he believes he is superior to all other artists, he shared his thoughts. He said that “maybe a part of him would think that but normally he is a very humble person and those are not his thoughts.”

He reaffirmed his statement about Mahira Khan. He said that “people may think that she is pretty but according to him, she looks super old. He also does not find her to be pretty and he stands by the words that he spoke earlier.”

Firdous Jamal once again said “Humayun is not a good actor. If someone is earning more money that does not make them a good actor. He used a metaphor that money should not be the factor to measure excellence as even a tawaif will take a lot of money.”
