In a show, Gul-e-Rana shared her belief that work should always come first. However, she pointed out that many new actresses in the industry do not share the same mindset and often display unprofessional behavior on set. She expressed her thoughts on the issue when asked about the diva attitude that many actors complain about.

Gul e Rana said that “she has always treated her work respectfully, and she often calls out diva behaviour on sets. She said she will speak against such behaviour if she sees it and does not let it go easily. She added that she has worked hard behind the scenes as well and said that yes, young actors say they are only working for passion, but the importance of work as work is also important and needs to be given priority.”
