In her post, Hania is urging Muslims to reflect on the universal significance of the tragedy of Karbala beyond sectarian boundaries.

She emphasized that the sacrifices made by Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and his companions serve as a timeless reminder of courage, truth, and standing against injustice. “The message of Karbala is for every Muslim, regardless of sect.”

She wrote on Instagram:

“Muharram is approaching—just a gentle reminder that this month doesn’t belong to Shia only. You don’t need to be Shia to understand the tragedy occurred in Karbala. The battle of Karbala was for whole of humanity. It was a war of 72 that left a lesson for billions.”
