Sanam Saeed is an actress loved by everyone for her grace, talent, and the unique charm she brings to every role. Over the years, she has worked in dramas, films, web series, and theatre. Recently, she began a beautiful new chapter in her life when she welcomed her first child, a son named Wali, just three months ago.

In a conversation with a host, Sanam opened up about her life, career, and the new challenges of motherhood. She revealed that she was actually pregnant while shooting for Main Manto Nahi Hoon. In fact, she was seven months pregnant while filming the opening scene, where she walks down the stairs at BNU.

Sanam shared that she told director “Nadeem Baig she was returning to TV after seven years — and doing her first shot while seven months pregnant. The team helped hide her baby bump by using files and bags as props. She even had a seamstress on set to loosen her outfits as her pregnancy progressed.”

Talking about how sets support new mothers, Sanam said, “Most teams are very understanding. They allow new moms to bring their babies along and try to make things easier for them. She mentioned that while reviewing a new script, the team even asked her to share her requirements so they could make her comfortable. She added that commercial shoots are also becoming more supportive of working mothers.”
