International Cricket Council (ICC) has decided to host Pak-India match to make the World T-20 2020 a success.

According to the details, the two teams are in separate groups at the World T20 tournament which is unlikely to clash, so the ICC has started planning to bring both teams in the warm-up match.

The schedule for T-20 2020 match was already released two years before.

Looking at this schedule, Pakistan is in Group A and India in Group B, making it less likely for both teams to face in the tournament.

The ICC has begun plans to tackle this issue and bring Pak-India teams to a warm-up match in order to make the World T-20 a success and it is likely that both teams will play warm-up matches before the World Cup, which will be given full media coverage.

It is to be noted that in all the ICC events that took place after 2012, Pak India teams were not kept in one same group.

The 2017 Champions Trophy and the 2019 One-Day World Cup rounds were played on the basis of Robin, leading both teams to face off.
