Boom boom Afridi has encouraged Pakistani athlete Sajida Bibi, who bagged a gold medal in tennis doubles with her duo Erza at the Abu Dhabi Special Olympics 2019.

Former skipper took to Twitter and said “Proud of you Sajda! If she needs any support…I’m always available.”

A proud daughter of Pakistan who won a gold medal by beating the United States in the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019.

After her marvelous wining she spoke to media and said “I want people to call me differently-abled rather than being called disabled person.”

She further stated that she was happy because her family and friends were fully supportive to her and although she defeated the United States, it was not the end but the beginning of her sporting career.

It is to be noted that Pakistan had won nine gold, 11 silver, and nine bronze medals in Special Olympics World Games in Abu Dhabi. Pakistan’s 92 athletes had competed in 10 fields.

Shahid afridi who is world famous as a limited-overs specialist played 398 ODIs and 99 T20 Internationals for Pakistan, as well as 27 Test matches.

He has 4 daughters, Aqsa and Ansha, Ajwa and Asmara.
